It's just a gas station. But these are the rudest little girls I have ever encountered.
I just need to get air in my tire. The machine was not taking payments so I went inside. They literally rolled their eyes every time someone walks through that door.
When I told them I was trying to pay for air, the girl said "why, it's free". I suggested they put a sign on it that says it's free. Then they tell me they have to turn it on with a remote control. I suggested they put that on the sign as well to prevent the next person from spending 10 minutes trying to get the machine to work. One girl then says we can't put signs on it. I said, then why are you telling me to look for a sign that says it's free? And, by the way, there are signs all over the machine.
This girl got defensive over the air pump at this gas station as if it was per family business. She literally got defensive about there being a sign on it. I just straight up told her ma'am I spent 15 minutes out there walking around it there's no sign on it.
Again, it's a gas station. It's like complaining about the quality of fast food. But, I won't be back. Maybe the manager should consider Training for the employees. Customer service, professional development, and training on how the facility they work at operates. read more
