He was professional the whole time, arrived on schedule, was easy to talk to, and clearly knew his job. His truck was clean and the equipment looked well-kept, which was important to me since my bike was already damaged and I wanted it handled with care. He loaded it up gently and delivered it without any new scratches. This was honestly one of the best service experiences I've had in a long time. Damon was friendly and polite, and it didn't just feel like a business deal. It felt like he really cared about doing a good job. I've already saved his number in my phone for the future, though I hope I won't need it. If you need a reliable motorcycle tow in NYC, I recommend Damon.

It was 9pm, dark and the car was un-drivable. I called AAA to tow me to a AAA recommended garage. After over 4 hours of waiting, AAA told me they had no driver available to tow me, and that I should call a private towing company. It was after 1am and I was quite nervous. I called Power Lift Automotive and the dispatcher, Rob, answered the phone. He was very reassuring and said that Justin, his driver, would be there within 45 minutes - and he was. I was still nervous because I had to pay cash and leave my car with Justin whilst I got a cab home. But both Rob and Justin reassured me that Justin would take photos of the AAA service station and of my keys being dropped into their drop box - and I received many photos and a texted receipt. Today I called to get a proper receipt to present to AAA for reimbursement and spoke to Andy the owner. What a pleasure to deal with such a pleasant, reliable and competent team of people who put their customers needs and well-being first. I highly recommend Power Lift Towing if you ever need to get towed!

The first time was especially frustrating because they claimed the driver had arrived, when no one ever showed up. I was there waiting and never saw a tow truck or received proper communication from the driver. Then after hours of waiting, the tow was cancelled. State Farm tried dispatching them again, and once again I waited for hours just for them to cancel. Having car trouble is already stressful enough without a tow company repeatedly accepting a job they apparently cannot complete. If you cannot make it, just communicate that instead of leaving someone stranded for hours. After two separate incidents, I would not consider this company dependable at all.
