Rabbit Hole Eatery and Coffee is a cute coffee shop. I went here to try their kolaches and cinnamon roll. It's hard to find kolaches so when I saw that they have them, I had to give them a try. I had the raspberry kolache. The dough was soft and fresh and the raspberry filling was delicious. I would come back for this. I also tried their cinnamon roll. I love that it has a strong cinnamon flavor. The cream cheese frosting was great too. This was a very good cinnamon roll! Rabbit Hole also has other pastries, scones, breakfast burritos, and coffee. Next time, I want to try their coffee, a breakfast burrito, and another kolache. read more

Rabbit Hole is an absolute gem! Inside is spacious with lots of seating. The team is super friendly, and the selection of baked goods is amazing! The carrot cakes are a favorite of ours. My son and I today decided to visit battleground for the first time and went and search for a cinnamon roll. We ended up at the rabbit hole eatery and it was a really friendly and cute place! We saw lots of gorgeous pastries, and some truly yummy looking carrot cake. We each ordered a pastry and my son got a cold brew coffee and I chose a white milk with whipped cream. Our pastries were really delicious. Sadly, they were sold out of the cinnamon roll, so we'll have to make a trip back another day to try those and get there earlier! read more

Finally got to try this coffee shop and both my husband and I really liked it. Both of our coffees were good (he got a Breve and i got an iced latte) ,Sarah (our barista) was very nice and the carrot cake is ABSOLUTELY delicious! What a nice place! Great coffee and many selections of flavors. I ordered a plain hot Americano but am intrigued by the cardamom and will have to try that the next time. If you're a bread lover the kolaches were perfect little hand sandwich. We also ordered the ham and cheese croissant was flaky and savory. Wow the cinnamon roll wasn't tough or too sweet. The cinnamon wasn't over powering and the icing was whipped . It was a nice Sunday afternoon moment. The cookies looked perfect but we tried the savory scone and the mixed berry. All were perfect. Not hard and perfect layers of buttery goodness. Don't hesitate to make this a regular stop. The staff was really nice too. They weren't condescending coffee baristas. read more

This place is absolutely amazing! The hot dogs in a blanket (named something else) are delicious. The kids love the regular ones and I loved the jalapeno Chz one. The giant sugar cookie is well worth the price. Great and friendly service. Cinnamon rolls are on point and the coffee specials are freaking awesome! One day they had any sized iced coffee for $1! The carrot cake is amazing and pairs really well with the Three Amigos roast as a double shot espresso. This roast has nice chocolate and black cherry overtones and is highly recommended. I would also recommend the snickerdoodle and white mocha employee favorite. The staff were wonderful, knowledgeable, and truly passionate about coffee. read more

We finally checked this cafe out since it opened up and we were so disappointed. The variety of food choices is so limited and unimpressive disappointing actually. Hotdog wraps, cinnamon rolls and simple boring cookies are not enough options. Lukewarm latte was also bad, Decor is cute though! Just an idea add some sandwiches or other real dessert options. The previous owners of the cafe had the delicious treats, sandwiches and so much more options for customers. Sad that it closed. read more

Tried out the new place today. It is JUST like the last coffee and pastry place that failed at this location. They never changed a thing. It is very bad acoustics, can't even talk to your guests. The coffee is over priced by at least a dollar a cup. They did not have heat sleeves - told me they would have next time I came in. Told me where to get my own cream and sugar....but their was none. Didn't offer a receipt. Maybe it is the location (low foot traffic) or a lot of other things that makes this place one I will not be going back to anytime soon. They did have a large scone that was good (not great). It has a pastry texture instead of a scone texture. read more

I have been into Rabbit hole twice and both times had an amazing experience. Today the owner dropped off the end of day pastries they cant use to our Urgent Care clinic staff. My wife and I tried it out and we enjoyed it. We split four items and I had a fifth item on my own. We haven't had the coffee or coffee based drinks yet. One reviewer said it is like the place that failed. Well, no. For starters, the place didn't fail, they moved. Secondly the pastries at the previous place were more custard / cream cheesy / layered type things while Rabbit Hole is more baked & crusty type goods. Both have their place but Rabbit Hole's offering are much more my wife's and my preferences. What we really liked about the things we got - I think Kolaches?!? One was a raspberry filled one and the other, maybe the Bee Sting, was honey with slivered almonds. We also had a triple berry scone and a ham and cheese croissant. The "sweet" items were very high on the great tasting and quality scale. The one I feared a bit was the Bee Sting but even that wasn't just some attempt and super sweet for the sake of it. Rabbit Hole has a great balance between European style where some places almost fear sweet to a moderately sweet for the typical American preference. They, IMO, land right in the perfect spot of satisying those that want a sweet treat and those that want a treat but don't like super sweet. Even though the offerings are different, with some overlap but not much, to the previous bakery, Rabbit Hole is better. The wife and I cannot wait to get in there for a dine-in experience over a nice double espresso or machiato with our scones. I am not sure what has Glenda made about the coffee prices, they are on par with everyone else. And the receipt she didn't get - the machine put out a receipt right in front of you. They did just open so perhaps her visit was when everything wasn't ready to go. Glenda - try them again in a few weeks when they have everything running as smooth as you think things should be and see what you think. But for me, my wife and I loved it. My visit was on the 8th not much after 6:15 am and the experience was fine. People were great and happy and lively even at that early hour and baked items were working their way out of the ovens to the display. That sausage, cheese pastry thing....delicious. The scone was great. The texture of the Bee Sting (if that is the honey thing I got) was dah bomb, especially in the in the thicker part of the center. Lots of options there to choose from so I bet just about anything someone might want is probably there. Loved it all! Next time I am getting an Oatmeal Raisin cookie too. read more

Upon entering, I was immediately impressed by the elegant presentation of various pastries, cakes, and cookies. What particularly stood out to me were the Kolaches, which are uncommon in Washington State. When I mentioned this to the staff, she correctly identified my Texan background, revealing that the owner and baker, Isaac, is originally from Texas and has ensured Kolaches are included on the menu. Both the food and coffee were exceptional, and the interior décor contributed positively to the overall experience. The Rabbit Hole Eatery and Coffee is the BEST Bakery in Town! On our first visit, everything looked so good... we decided to purchase one of everything in the display case. Over a couple of days we sampled everything and EVERY item was EXCEPTIONAL!! The best scones I have had in years! The coffee was also perfect and so many choices! My second visit I had the sausage and cheese roll and a coffee (and couldn't resist the cinnamon roll!) Everything is baked in house and the owner and entire crew are so friendly.
