The camaraderie between the staff and patients helps everyone to relax. After all, who wants to spend time in the dentists chair? As for Dr. Nick, he genuinely cares about his patients and staff. He greats everyone who walks in. He checks in on patients with the hygienists. He follows up in person or with phone calls to ensure things are going as they should.
