They billed my insurance for a four surface filling when clearly it was a two surface and I only know this because my friend is a professor of dental hygiene and has practiced for 30+yrs. I would have just paid the bill not knowing this. When I questioned the charge they made me come back in for Dr. Frankauski to evaluate the tooth. This time I brought my friend in with me. She said we were splitting hairs (whatever that means) and said it could be a 3 surface filling. I made them refund my insurance and rebill it! My refund should be coming soon. My concern is how many other people has she done this to. This is fraudulent billing and unacceptable!

I called their office 4-5 times last 2 weeks in January and first 2 weeks of February to get back in and was completely ghosted by this practice, messages were left with a Samantha who told me she had just started at the practice. Dentures do not fit and paid approximately $4,000 for the top and bottom, also tried to schedule a cleaning for my remaining teeth and nothing from them. Not happy since they got my money and that is all they cared about. Just unhappy with the services after the fact.

I have to call on a daily basis to book an appointment. That is not doable because of my work schedule. They would not consider my circumstances and so I am moving to another dentist. The latest problem is that they will not transfer my records to new dentist even though I sent the paperwork they required over a month ago. I would not recommend this service provider at all.
