I can't answer for dental procedures. My review is based on their promoting…read more oral appliances for sleep apnea. I moved here from MA a year ago and have had a MAD (mandibular advancement device) for 5 years and my appliance is at its end of estimated life expectancy. After reading their info on their webpage they seemed to be the place to go. I had a free consult and was advised that I would need to pay $99 for an at home sleep study. NOTE: before making an appointment I contacted my insurance-BCBS. They advised me that no new sleep study was required as I have been wearing an appliance for 5 years. I just needed a referral from my PCP stating it's a medical necessity AND I would need an out of network insurance referral. This was all to be done by the dentist. Well after waiting over a month, I received a text message asking me if I had gotten all of the authorizations and referrals. Hmmm I had forwarded everything that was needed to the dentist and she assured me that she just needed to forward everything to the billing department. Fast forward...I received a bill for $450 from the company that "read" the sleep study. Nope not covered by insurance because the company is out of CA and the dentist did NOT obtain any out of network insurance referrals. I mentioned to them about the bill and their response was "sorry to hear that". They left me a text message stating "we can reduce the cost of the appliance significantly for you from $6700 to $3195. This would be due at time of records. My insurance does cover the appliance and I would only have to pay 20% plus $25 for each office visit. Apparently companies just don't know how to handle insurance claims or just plain don't want to do it. I called them and advised them that I'll be traveling 2 hours back to MA where it can be done hassle free.

Hands down, the cleanest office in the business. All of the staff are extremely professional and…read morebalance that professionalism with just the right amount of personal touch so you feel like part of the office family after just a few visits. Both receptionists are always quick to answer the phone and you virtually never have to deal with waiting on hold. (I personally have never had to but I don't want to make that assumption for 100% of the people.) Any time you spend waiting in that office is under 5 minutes unless you show up early. They always make it a point to remember your name and face and even the small details even you forget, that just make you feel like they truly care about your over-all well being. They also have the wide spectrum of hygienists covering the babies like me who can't handle the tough scraping of my teeth all the way to those who make you feel like you just left the dentist with brand new teeth! Speaking of that if you are thinking about straightening your teeth... seriously don't even look anywhere else. My treatment took me 2 years (I had pretty crooked teeth) and in that time not once did I feel like the treatment was a pain in the ass. My teeth are "movie star" straight now and I miss going in for checkups so much I have to come up with new problems just to go in for a visit. So, in all seriousness... best dentist around in my opinion and if anyone tells you differently then they are probably heavily medicated and or missing a piece of their frontal lobe. (Part of the brain that deals with common sense things) 100% Thumbs up!!!

Unfortunately, the work is shoddy. My husband had a partial made and it is mostly gum...not teeth!…read more It is useless. He had another dentist look at it and that dentist was shocked...he said he hadn't seen work like that in over 10 years! PGD will not make him a new one! Instead, they want to file his real teeth down...unreal! I had a little work done and they "filed" my Marilyn Bridge to make their work work....my marilyn bridge is now loose from one tooth and all they said was don't bite into apples! Really? They messed it up and i think they should have fixed it! I have had this bridge for over 25 years and now I have to have that repaired! Won't be fixed there! The hygienist, Donna, is awesome though...In my opinion, I think that's about all they are good for...cleaning teeth!

This dentist is responsible for the loss of one molar and possibly the loss of another molar. I had…read morethem make two crowns. One of the crowns fell off less than a month after placement and then it loosened up and caused the molar underneath to decay to the point where I had to have it extracted! The second crown is not good either and has pulled away from the tooth a bit so that that molar I may lose also! The dentist allows her technician to place crowns which only a dentist should do! I filed a complaint with the NH Dental Society and they supported me and had her reimburse me for the shoddy crown that caused me to lose my tooth. I also heard that one of her patients had a tooth filled by her technician! The patient did not realize that this was not the dentist until after the work was done. I wouldn't take my dog to this dentist! This was the worst dental care I have had in my life!
