The camaraderie between the staff and patients helps everyone to relax. After all, who wants to spend time in the dentists chair? As for Dr. Nick, he genuinely cares about his patients and staff. He greats everyone who walks in. He checks in on patients with the hygienists. He follows up in person or with phone calls to ensure things are going as they should. Did I mention he is proud of his staff -- and it shows! Everyone in the practice takes the time to help. From seeing if they can help with insurance coverage to explaining the proper use of a Sonic Toothbrush -- no you don't use it like a regular toothbrush... The results blew my mind. The best follow up visit I have ever had. In fact, I've NEVER had a "1" before on my gums. Thanks Dr. Nick and your phenomenal staff. Highly, highly recommended. My whole family are now patients...

I selected my Insurance "Metlife" for Retired Military, based on Circle Dental's availability…read morestatus as "Accepting New Patients- YES". I called Circle Dental to set up an appointment, and they told me that they weren't accepting Signa or Metlife because of a "Pay Discrepancy" and that "If I had Delta Dental, they would accept me". When I called my insurance back and reported this to them, they said Circle dental had not informed them of the "no new patients", I requested them to call and verify. Still, when MetLife called Circle Dental, Circle reported that it was due to overall "Patient Capacity" There is a significant discrepancy here between what they are telling patients and what they are telling insurance companies. These two calls happened today and within an hour of each other.

I have been in the medical field from 1979 until my retirement. This is one of the most efficient and well-run facilities I have found in a very long time. Jennifer Tichich and Dr. Wojcik are excellent Providers. If someone is getting less than quality treatment, they need to remember that things have changed. A patient has to actively participate in their healthcare. Ask questions, communicate, comply and follow up. I have also found 99% of the staff to be top quality.
