This area has NO cell reception, no GPS, nothing. Somehow our driver found us and was so pleasant. He helped me install our car seat. We had been stranded for hours and he just made the situation so much better with his positive attitude and friendliness. He got us to where we needed to be safely. I am so grateful to this taxi service open on a Sunday, in an area where no one else would come. Would definitely recommend again to anyone in the area!

We shopped around quite a bit for shuttle services and they had the best rates for our group size. But what really impressed us was how flexible they were when we needed to make some last-minute changes to timing and pickup spots. They could have been difficult about billing adjustments but really went out of their way to make sure we were happy. Walt said he could accommodate our needs as well as making sure the secret was preserved. Walt confirmed everything the day before and assured me that the secret was safe. He arrived to the pick up location at the exact time agreed to and got them to the winery exactly as planned. Once our event was over, Walt took our guests home and notified me that they arrived and were dropped off safely. I never asked for that, but it was an extra step that was taken by Walt, which I truly appreciated. His attention to details, promptness, professionalism as well as his outgoing personality, made our celebration perfect.
