The oldest documented year of death on a stone is that of Maria Louise Eleonore, aged 31, the first wife of early settler Peter Sailly, who died December 23, 1786, leaving a son and three daughters. Apparently I missed an email, in the middle of me moving, for approval. They never contacted me. In June I called, they said they would get it there. I Finally received it August 5th. It took 6 months to get it. I bought it in Feburary. I called July 28th to say if you don't have time to put it, I want a refund. They said it was ready. I said thank you. No pleasantries. She Just hung up. My husband was in an unmarked grave for far too long. Makes me sick. They are very friendly when you are buying the headstone. IT took too long to get the headstone. My check was cashed the end of Sept 2025, still no communication. I have left no less than 6 messages to find out when the stone would be placed, the last one this past Friday 11/7. My only method of communication was through the representative from the Cemetery I originally contacted who referred me to Plattsburgh Memorials that to make the stone and place it would be 6-8 weeks. I was told there had been illness in the family...but we are now approaching 2-1/2 months with no direct contact with this company. I would NOT refer this company.

They have three options for pet cremations, escalating in price: a general cremation where you don't receive the ashes, a semi private where your animal is cremated with other animals separated by barriers, but you receive the ashes, and a completely private cremation. I opted for the semi private, and it cost 85 dollars. Jim was respectful and Basically made it as good as something this miserable could be. I received the ashes in 7 days.
