I used a similar practitioner in the LA area. I think Prolong is a better approach and less expensive with better results. Not all practitioners are looking out for you. Some are more about the money and getting you through as quickly as possible. Similar to traditional healthcare where the Dr has to see so many patients a day, this is not that type of experience. I am never rushed and always treated with care and respect.

This was without doubt the most painful two or three minutes of MY ENTIRE LIFE. Nothing else comes close. The worst thing was, after initial improvement, about four months later ALL my symptoms came back. Due to my extraordinarily poor experience with Dr. Cope, I chose to go to a completely different practice (Dr. Thomas Brinton). I saw Dr. Brinton for every appointment. Dr. Brinton performed PVP surgery under general anesthesia. Now, four months later, all my BPH problems are gone. I DO NOT recommend Dr. Cope, as I felt like a package being worked on. It was outrageous that I never saw him to talk to, good as his PA is. Dr. Brinton, on the other hand, is personable, young, enthusiastic, and gave me tremendous confidence that his procedure would do the trick.

There is a psychiatrist listed, but you can't get an appointment with him and you can't speak to him. Came in struggling with a bunch of issues and was offered all kinds of procedures, one that was very expensive and had to be approved by insurance. I was charged $100 fee for dispute over not canceling an appointment within 24 hours, even though I have phone calls, voicemails and text confirming that I did do it in time. I asked them to return my money since it was a huge stress on my bank account not only did they refuse. No one would call me back after multiple requests and only respond to me via text. Please don't be fooled by these people. If you have serious behavioral health issues this is not the place to go. Case in point, they are more concerned about keeping the $100 then addressing or understanding the amount of stress and anxiety it caused me not to be able to pay my obligations. That's pure greed. What type of support is this for someone who came to them truly struggling and looking for help?

Professional and kind staff, clean waiting room, just everyone coming together to help each other out. Really impressed. We had a really long wait time each of the three times, but geez, what can I say? They were helping other people out like us. Also, really authentic compassion. We paid $250.00 to go to the nearby pain clinic and went away feeling like our needs were unmet and the level of concern was nill.
