This is one of my go-to Walgreens locations. It's a bit out of my way as are my other two favorite…read morestores but all three are worth the drive. This is a larger store and it's a jumpin' joint, it's always busy. (It's also a 24 hour store but I have no idea if it's busy at 4 AM, I never tried going there at that time.) There are lots of selections available for brand names, private label, and generics for OTC and even for 'scripts. There are also large selections of general merchandise, greeting cards, gift cards, and enough candy choices to keep every dentist in Washington County busy for years. There's something new here that I've never seen before. The cooler doors are not glass, they are large format LED screens that rotate displays, from advertising to contents of the cooler to showing what products are on the racks when you open the door. The products are animated and some dance to try to attract your attention. Yikes, what's next? On my last visit, I went to the pharmacy for an injection and to find an equivalent OTC product to one I bought in Alabama a year ago. The pharmacist dropped what he was doing and went out to the shelves to bring back the equivalent Walgreens product. Kudos to him because I am not a chemist and I can't make head nor tail of the ingredient lists on those boxes. My injection was prepared quickly although I had to wait for the RN because they were very busy with Covid19 vaccinations. (Mine wasn't Covid19, that's already been taken care of.) If you live in central Washington County, you can count on this Walgreens to take care of you - 24 hours a day.

A bottle of pharmacy vitamins, a box of rice and two packs of chicken. Easy enough to test order pick-up. After that, I went inside and did my walking around. I even asked the door attendant about sandwiches. He not only told me where they were, he walked me over there. At the checkout, I asked the cashier to give me my three dollars change in quarters (while watching body language for eye-rolls and pronounced disrespectful exhales). This chipper, professional and happy cashier was smiles the whole time. This speaks volumes for how an employer is treating the help, and down the line, how the help treats guests. The store is really clean and organized. This business would make a great example setter for competitors. Will I be a return customer? You better believe it! This location has always been clean with a great selection of products, from produce, meat and bakery to home goods and clothes! It'll be your one stop shop for everything. They have great deals on meat and produce often and have super cute housewares and clothes! Their baby/kid selection is fantastic! Especially for baby needs(meds, soap, random feeding items). I wish they had a registry! Make sure to download their app and save $$ when shopping by clipping electronic coupons and earning points each purchase to be redeemed for $ off your future purchases. The customer service desk has always been very helpful too!

I turned around and he told me, "We don't allow solicitation at here." I told him I didn't know what he was talking about and he repeated, "We don't allow solicitation." I said I don't know what that means. He said, "The flyers you left on counters in the store." I said he was mistaken and he countered that he "had me on camera leaving flyers in the store." I told him this was false and that I hadn't done anything of the kind but he persisted. I turned my cart around and told him he should show me exactly what he's talking about and he should show me how he has me on camera since of course that can't be true since I didn't do what he was loudly and rudely accusing me of doing. I explained to him that I don't live here. He abruptly turned on his heels and murmured "sorry. I made a mistake," and walked away. I'll drive the 5 to 10 miles further to hit another store going forward. I cannot believe a man is allowed to chase an almost 60 year old 120 lb woman and intimidate and accuse her in a parking lot and then barely apologize afterward. I'll never return.

The place is so wide open and they have a cute area for kids to play, draw, etc. Really loved the elevator and how they set up the space.
