Fortunately, Lauren put me right at ease straight away -- it was clear from the time of our consultation that she was dedicated to making sure I'm super happy with my hair. We talked at length about all my different options for achieving the high-dimension, low-maintenance blonde I wanted... including balayage, foils, root tap/shadow/melt, money piece, etc. and finally settled on a plan that would match the ook I was going for without damaging my hair too much. Lauren was honest with me from the get-go about what she did and didn't feel comfortable doing in terms of maintaining the integrity of my hair (we skipped bleaching the ends for that reason), which I really appreciated. From the moment she started painting to the toner and blowout/styling, it was clear that she *really* cares about her work, as well as the client's satisfaction. And I truly don't think the tone of my blonde has ever looked better! Not to mention, Lauren's sweet, friendly, accommodating presence makes for a really pleasant experience all around. Especially if you're looking for a "lived in blonde" that grows out softly and beautifully, I highly recommend her! 10/10
