I find I get mixed emotions from the employees. Some are simply amazing will show you exactly what…read moreyou want, give you suggestions (and often times the ones you want not the most expensive), and will walk through every step with you and make sure you have a good time, where other times you go in and try and ask the employees for things but they just ignore you and never bother to help you it's more of a "ya we have that it's... Somewhere.." I do remember one case where a program I purchased wouldn't load on my computer so I brought both to their help, and they fixed it that day as I walked around the mall. I was expecting to have to wait a day or so but they told me that it would be ready in two hours and to go shopping and in fact it was ready before that time.

Service was...well meaning, but the guy was trying to do three jobs at the same time, gave him some…read moretime and the service got better.(This tells so much, it's not the people, it is the system). Bought a cple of major appliances, made arrangements to pick up at store, we live in a rural area, and delivery was easier if I just picked it up. Was told, be here next Tuesday, the following Wednesday looking at some clear weather decided, should call...oh wait..the store has no telephone number..?Out of service, check the "My account" and can find the order, cant see anything but the price I paid and the "find my order keeps spitting back at me "email or transaction number wrong"...so here I go "India Call Center" Not ineffectual at communication, however like me cant see 5hit! Now after 17 minutes awaiting to get someone I am getting bumped "UP". This is where the two star rating comes in, It's going to be a full week later than I was told. I wouldn't had cared, but I am a day behind the original scheduled pickup. I am like most people, have to wrangle the time to do such things, a day behind with NO CALL NO EMAIL NO TEXT to save me the 200KM round trip cause it didnt get delivered when I was told? I have an account, a sign in, a registered email....really is this what Canada's future is looking like? Cause the future is here...

We purchased a fridge from the Brick in North Bay and it wasn't functioning properly. The Brick…read morestaff were very supportive and although it took a month to get a new replacement into our home, it was not anything that the staff could have done differently. I highly recommend this store.

Apparently I should have much lower expectations after spending the extra money for what I thought…read morewas a better sofa than the original garbage I bought from the Brick. This sofa was a replacement for a different one with similar wear after a few months. This is wear by one small person sitting on the lounger section occasionally. A Brick sofa is apparently not expected to wear well. If you don't mind a sloppy looking sofa i guess it's great
