I find this store to be horrible! The set up of the place is off putting. When you consider that the other stores in town deliver much faster such as Leon's that often has same day delivery, it seems stupid to wait so long unless you absolutely need that item of furniture!

We visited during a customer appreciation day, with lots of reduced prices on some very attractive items. After a quick look around, I discovered the clearance section, and found the perfect item (one of a kind) at a fraction of the original tag. Great service from all staff member who helped us out, including delivery. Now that we are home, the sofa is perfect, extremely comfortable, and looks perfect in our living room.

Customer service from this store has been very poor. We ordered a part for our washing machine over…read morea month ago and still do not have it. We were told the part would take around 7 business days to arrive, we have been calling every few days to follow up and we're being told that the part would come in the next day. We have now been informed after calling again to check the status of this part that it will not be in for another month. As a company you should be keeping track of your orders and if the status of a part changes this dramatically it would probably be a good idea to inform the customer.

They should keep $40 - but I wish the 1st visit it was figured that it wasn't something that couldn't be fixed. I gave a good review on Thumbtack that will be edited to reflect the other 3 visits. I am still waiting on them to give the refund. As you can see from all of my reviews- I'm fair and neutral but don't waste your time unless you pay the $40 and get other estimates.

Bought a cple of major appliances, made arrangements to pick up at store, we live in a rural area, and delivery was easier if I just picked it up. Was told, be here next Tuesday, the following Wednesday looking at some clear weather decided, should call...oh wait..the store has no telephone number..?Out of service, check the "My account" and can find the order, cant see anything but the price I paid and the "find my order keeps spitting back at me "email or transaction number wrong"...so here I go "India Call Center" Not ineffectual at communication, however like me cant see 5hit! Now after 17 minutes awaiting to get someone I am getting bumped "UP". This is where the two star rating comes in, It's going to be a full week later than I was told. I wouldn't had cared, but I am a day behind the original scheduled pickup. Can't call the store, Automated Indian call center answers all calls and online help, the call…read morecenter lacks the ability to communicate in English effectively via phone or text. They do not have access to store purchases. Why would the advertised store number be a call center that has NO information to help an in store customer? Last purchase I make from here as they are no better than the online retailers now. Sad to see what Future Shop was gutted into. Not to mention I asked to be shown speakers, as I could only find 1 brand of wired surround speakers. The clerk took me to absurd bluetooth speakers not understanding what I meant by wired speakers.... The lack of store displays and trial equipment really make you wonder why pay for a major retail space if your doing nothing more that showing the boxes like Amazon. Also would help your customer experience by educating your sales team on technologies that they are selling so they understand what and why they are selling certain items, and be able to answer questions or at least find the answers quickly.
