He troubleshot, diagnosed, and fixed my issue in less than an hour. He is a very pleasant young man, he is tech-knowledgable (much more than I am), and his fee was very reasonable. Sometimes it's difficult to find good service folks up here, and if you do find one sometimes their schedule is so full it takes an unreasonable amount of time for them to respond.
