They called back and said they would and I was able to buy the items I wanted, which I would have purchased elsewhere online (same discount btw) I'm glad they decided to take my money, Lol, but really I feel that the customer service is good, and have a much better feeling about spending my money there. They have always been good about fixing the various machines I have brought here for the school I had been teaching at, and my own machines. (I also bought a serger here 10 or so years ago)

I was so upset - I had to wait weeks and weeks for it to grow out so I could seek out a PROFESSIONAL to cut my hair and fix it! Look people, pay the money, get a better haircut from a salon! I had no prior experience with manual transmissions, so my first day was rough--I stalled a few times, ground some gears, and questioned a few life choices. But Jose stayed calm, gave clear instructions, and allowed me the space to figure things out. I can't recommend this school enough! While there are other options in the area, one major advantage here is that you practice and test in the same yard--other schools have to come to Jose's for testing. Plus, the instructors genuinely make you feel capable. If you're considering a CDL, this is the place to go!

She started with ballet at age 3, and is now almost 17. Year after year she pulled away from various other sports and programs and chose ballet. At age 3 your little one attends ballet once a week--it's a joy to see them dance, learning little by little. It fills your heart. Now at almost age 17, they're dancing five days a week. It's not just ballet. With classical ballet and the wonderful instruction of ballet, Ms. Stephanie has helped my daughter be the strong person she is today. Ballet teaches so much: memory, focus & concentration, quick thinking skills. Additionally it can be relaxing, fun, difficult, and when playing classical music it can also bring a positive and calming effect to the brain. All while releasing endorphins. Looking back, it's incredible to see not just the physical strength, but the emotional and mental strength it can bring your child. We love Ms. Stephanie, her teaching style, professionalism and love for the performing arts. You're not just choosing a school, you're choosing a partnership in helping your child grow. Santa Rosa Ballet is wonderful school.
