I received an email on Monday after 6pm that said "Our scheduler will contact you 1st thing in the morning." I did not receive a call (or text or email) from anyone--even after I sent a polite follow-up email and another polite phone message. I am OK if they could not schedule right away, but they should respond with their true availability and communicate if that availability changes. I pray that he will find guidance to help him be accountable in his business.

As for repairs, they take forever, so much so that the maintenance man just gave me his cell number so I can get things fixed in a timely matter. They never fixed the fences that i reported multiple times. So the dog kept getting out and finally was picked up by the pound. Upon move out, I had the house and garage professionally cleaned yet they said the property was filthy and charged me for cleaning. If you are looking to use them for rent be careful and document everything! If your thinking about using them to manage a property of yours, I stress that they will not inspect or care about the land.
