If anyone in coventry is looking for, good quality pet supplies, toys, food etc, this shop is a must.. I was looking for a certain Dog toy for a four legged friend of mine. Haveing looked on line for the item i found it at anazon and this pet shop. I would much rather support a local buisness, then a corperate tax avoiding buisness. On entrering the shop i was greeted with genuine warmth and friendly "hello, may i help". I was also greeted by two Gorgeous little Dogs, which for a Animal lover like me was a added bounes.. The lovely couple were helpfull, friendly and warm and the humans were helpfull too. Very good selection of Dog & Cat toys. I went to purchase 1 item, I left having purchased a whoping 9!! Money well spent and i now have all my four legged friends christmas prezzies sorted... A truley delightfull shop and can not recomend it enough. So if your looking for a gift for your four legged or and furry friend, pop to this store, as the service and selection if products is 10 of 10. Ms Chapman.

Prices are very reasonable and the store is very large for a pet store. Ill think you will be suprised with what the store offers and it is sometimes good just to browse round and try and get a feel for what you want. Staff aren't particually helpful and i myself wouldnt take any advice off them. Store layout is also good and the store always seems clean and tidy. Overall a very good place to go if you want anything to do with pets, best place in Coventry in my opinion.

They sell food for all of them. They sell toys for them as well. The store sells fish , hamster, gerbals , rabbits, guinea pigs and birds. A great store to visit if you need pet supplies, there prices are also very competative too. Staff are quite helpful but not always on the ball to some things

The Canley branch has lots of pets to buy, mainly fluffy bunnies and guinea pigs. The fish stocks have been vastly improved, and there doesn't seem to be any disease in their tanks any more. Some of the staff are knowledgeable and obviously have an interest in their subject, but the service is generally poor; you have to hang around far too often at the tills and if you ask if they stock something specific the answer is likely to be 'I don't know'. I only tend to use this store if I can't get to a traditional (knowledgeable) pet store and the supermarkets don't stock what I need. It's handy for that, but not much else, I'd rather pay a little extra to be served by someone who knows what they're talking about
