We had a very scary experience with Mavis Tires. We've purchased several sets of tires from them…read moreover the years and have always trusted them, so this was especially disappointing. My husband brought our vehicle in for a simple tire patch. Instead of focusing on the repair, they aggressively tried to sell him four new tires that he did not need. He declined and asked them to simply change the oil and put the car back together. When he got the vehicle back, the front tire had been inflated to over 80 PSI, which is far above the recommended pressure. Even worse, by the time we got home, all of the engine oil had drained out of the car after the oil change. This could have resulted in catastrophic engine damage or even a serious safety hazard. After talking with a colleague, I learned they had a very similar experience at the Peachtree City location, which makes me concerned that this may not be an isolated incident. These kinds of practices could cost someone their life. We believe the over inflated tire was intentional. I would avoid this place completely.

Williams Auto Service's office is very neat and inviting, the staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable in ALL areas of auto mechanics, and the owner Greg is one of the most hands-on, professional shop owners that I have the pleasure of dealing with. His prices are OUTSTANDING, and unlike MANY repair shops, he doesn't try to milk you for charges that are unnecessary. I would recommend ANY car owner to make this shop your FIRST STOP when looking for dependable, cost-efficient service ... WITH a SMILE!

I went in with a dead battery due to a failed alternator and they replaced my battery only. The next time I drove it I was on the side of the road again with a dead battery. This is not how trusted business works or how customers should be treated.

I was told that my vehicle (a 2018) wasn't worth repairing, by a well-known shop in my area. I was devastated! I gathered myself and decided to get a second opinion, then I called Ford Performance Specialist in Mabelton, GA. Doug answered the phone, listened to the back story of how I got to this point, then he confidently took control of the conversation, leading with his expertise. That was exactly what I needed, and I expressed to Doug how important that conversation was for me at that moment. Long story short...I had the car towed to Doug, he performed a thorough diagnostic test, narrowing down factors to a root cause. I told Doug that I would be patient with him and not be anxious and rush him through the process. Doug made the necessary repairs to my vehicle and got me back on the road at a fraction of the price that I was preparing for. I'm grateful for Doug and his team at Ford Performance Specialists!
