A remotely decent installer would know better than to put the screw a full foot from the end. And this person did it on both pieces. The piece of facia fell off my house. When I reached out to Elite they quoted me $400 to fix this absolute incompetent screw up of theirs. Also note: I returned home after work one day and their employee had already cut one piece off my house and was in the middle of cutting off another. When I asked him what he was doing, all he responded with was, 'easier' and went on cutting. I also caught an employee covering a piece of wood siding that had a hole in it. I said it's in the contract that you replace that wood. He did, but I'm sure only because I stood there and watched. This is one of 3 spots that was supposed to be fixed, and I'm guessing the others weren't as I wasn't there to ensure. Be wary of this company, they don't stand behind their work. Their work is shoddy at best. I never saw the owners come out to look the place over. They have a VERY limited warranty on labor, so even if you have a warranty on material, I would be willing to bet they'll gouge you on the repair work. I mean $400 to replace a piece of trim they obviously installed incorrectly. Go with a more professional company that stands behind their work.

The person that cleans our gutters said the roof was getting pretty bad, so we started trying to find someone to do the job. When Wayne came out, he inspected our roof, and it was past repairing. He walked us through what going through our insurance would entail. I got ahold of our insurance, and they agreed with everything Wayne had said. So, instead of getting our roof repaired, we got a new roof, new gutters, some painting and some window work done that we hadn't even realized we needed. All for the price of our deductible. We set up a time for the work to start, and Cody and his team were on time and just wonderful! Cody is a young person that has a great head for business and still knows the old rules of how to treat a customer. It was just a pleasant experience. If every business ran like Abbott's, it would be a better world. They did an absolutely great job on our house, but also made sure there was no debris left in our yard, or our neighbors. The whole crew were friendly and so respectful. You just don't find that anymore. It was so reassuring to know that Cody was onsite for the entire job. It's nice to know that as an owner of the business, he cares enough about customers to be there. I never thought that having a roof done could make such a difference, but the look of the house is beautiful. There aren't words enough to describe the kind of customer service that you get with Abbott's. It's "old time" service. They definitely go above and beyond. Low rates, the very best quality workmanship, and customer service that just doesn't end. From Wayne taling us through the whole experience to begin with so there were no surprises, to Cody actually doing the work so there were no surprises, we just really felt like what we wanted mattered to them. And I told them todo what they needed to fix my leak on my roof. They said ok, warned me that they are a two week wait period again. Well today is Monday and they call me saying they can come today, I told them I'd be home by 2 pm, they were already there, they had already inspected the roof and wanted to see the inside of the house where the leak was. McKinnis told me what they were going todo, and said it would take 3 to 4 hrs.

It took us a bit of time to get everything in place to have the job done and they honored the original quote (even though it had an expiration date of late July). When we were finally ready to have the work done, scheduling was easy and they arrived at the time promised. They did a great job protecting the workspace and replaced an electrical outlet that erroneously had some insulation sprayed into it. We are very happy with the outcome of the spray foam insulation - the spray foam provides a much better barrier than the standard fiberglass and Radiant is a good company to work with.
