Azads Car Wash - Azad"s car wash

Azads Car Wash

Marine Park

I stopped at Azad's Car Wash, 2386 Flatbush Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11234, expecting to receive a…read moreprofessional car wash. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst car-wash experiences I have ever had. I selected their BEST WASH advertised at $39.00. After paying, I was charged $44.64 -- an additional $2.00 SUV fee plus $3.64 in taxes. My biggest issue with the SUV charge is that there was no visible sign, posted notice, or prior notification informing me that SUVs would cost an additional $2.00. Customers should be told about additional charges BEFORE paying. Unfortunately, the price was the least of my concerns. When I went to pick up my vehicle, it was still filthy! Leaves were still stuck on the back windshield, and the inside of the vehicle had clearly not been properly cleaned. The interior windows, cup holders, seats, dashboard, and other areas were not wiped down. To make matters worse, the workers blew debris from the armrest onto the floor and underneath the front seats, but never properly vacuumed it up. When I asked the worker up front to use the blower and vacuum and properly clean my vehicle, he told me that the vacuum and blower did not work. I found that extremely frustrating because instead of trying to resolve the problem, he essentially refused to properly finish the service. I had to go back inside and complain to the young lady at the cash register before the worker finally went back to the vehicle. Even after he supposedly cleaned it, my car was STILL DIRTY. For $44.64, I expect my vehicle to be properly washed and cleaned. That is not a small amount of money to pay for a service that was poorly performed. I strongly advise customers to inspect their vehicles BEFORE leaving this car wash. Based on my experience, I would NOT recommend Azad's Car Wash. I paid for their best wash and did not receive anything close to the level of service I paid for. $44.64 wasted for a job that was not properly done. Very disappointing and unacceptable customer service. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING.

They didn't guarantee truly would be able to remove all the stains completely and I didn't think they could either. What a surprise to see that the upholstery looked brand new! They did an excellent job. They charged almost 400 bit it was well worth it. Inside of the car was clean3d until it looked pristine!

I don't usually write reviews, but this place absolutely earned every single word I'm about to…read morewrite. Imperial Hand Car Wash & Detail Center is not just a car wash -- it's an experience. From the moment I pulled up, I could immediately tell this wasn't going to be one of those rushed, careless, assembly-line washes where your car is treated like just another number. This place operates differently. They operate with pride, precision, and genuine respect for both the vehicle and the customer' I brought in my Polestar 4 -- and anyone who knows me knows how much I value my car. This is not just transportation for me. It's something I invested in, something I take pride in, something that represents the modern era of automotive design and technology. Naturally, I'm extremely selective about who touches it. I pay attention to every detail. Every curve, every panel, every surface matters. The moment the team saw the car, they approached it with professionalism and care. There was no rushing, no careless movements, no shortcuts. They treated it like it was their own vehicle -- or better yet, like it had just rolled out of a luxury showroom and they were preparing it for delivery to its owner. What impressed me the most was their attention to detail. They didn't just spray water and wipe it down. They carefully cleaned every surface. The wheels -- spotless. The body -- flawless. The glass -- crystal clear with no streaks. The trim -- restored and clean. Even the small areas most places overlook were handled with precision. When they dried the car, they didn't rush. They used proper microfiber towels, making sure there were no water spots, no streaks, nothing left behind. You could tell this wasn't just a job to them -- this was craftsmanship. When I saw the final result, I was honestly blown away. My Polestar 4 looked like it had just come out of the dealership again. The paint was glowing. The finish was smooth. The car had that fresh, pristine look that makes you stop and admire it before you even get inside. It felt new all over again. But beyond the quality of the work, what truly stood out was the customer service. Every single staff member was respectful, professional, and welcoming. They acknowledged me, spoke with professionalism, and made sure I was satisfied. There was no attitude, no indifference -- just genuine service. The manager, in particular, stood out. You could tell he takes pride in running a place that values quality and customer satisfaction. He wasn't just standing around -- he was involved, observing, ensuring everything was done correctly. That level of leadership reflects directly in the quality of the work being done. It made me realize something -- I genuinely regret not coming here years ago. I've owned multiple cars over the years, and I've been to many car washes. Some were decent. Some were average. Some were disappointing. But Imperial Hand Car Wash & Detail Center is on a completely different level. This is the first place where I felt confident that my vehicle was being handled with the level of care it deserves. There's something powerful about trusting a place with something valuable to you and seeing that trust respected. They didn't rush me. They didn't rush the car. They didn't cut corners. They took their time -- and it shows. That is rare. In today's world, speed is often prioritized over quality. But this place proves that quality still exists. After seeing how they treated my Polestar 4, the decision was immediate and easy. This is now my official car wash location. Not just for this car -- but for every car I own now and in the future. When you find a place that delivers this level of consistency, professionalism, and care, you stay loyal to it. Because places like this are rare. You're not just paying for a wash -- you're paying for peace of mind. You're paying for craftsmanship. You're paying for professionals who understand what they're doing and respect the vehicle they're working on. To the entire team at Imperial Hand Car Wash & Detail Center -- thank you. Thank you for your professionalism. Thank you for your attention to detail. Thank you for your customer service. Thank you for treating my Polestar 4 with care and precision. You've earned a loyal customer. If anyone is reading this and cares about their vehicle -- whether it's brand new, luxury, electric, classic, or simply something you take pride in -- this is the place to go. They don't just wash cars. They restore pride in your vehicle. 5 stars. Easily.

Clearly I was uneducated with the products I'm suppose to clean and use on MY 150k car but that's not a way to tell a customer anything.
