The extra things that needed to be done were scheduled in perfect sequence. Any adjustments that we wanted to make were made timely. They listened from the beginning to our wants and needs to create exactly what we wanted. The entire process only took around 2 months. The cost was communicated with us from the beginning. Any changes that we made, the new cost was communicated, as well. Suggestions were made so our pool would be what we wanted and still fit into a price range. We cannot say enough great things about this experience.
