Absolutely loved having Ellis help me and my father put down mulch. My father recently had hernia…read moresurgery and he's so stubborn and wanted to do it himself, but Ellis came to the rescue with OTW hauling and delivery and on two different occasions picked up mulch delivered it and spread it for I know well less than anyone else would have charged. He is very genuine and unique! He is working his way up from the bottom and I admire that. I also had him bring patio furniture to me that was gifted that I had no way of getting! Don't let the truck fool you! He is just starting out! I can't wait to see where this family man will be in a year! Although they did make a first attempt for delivery and left a photo of my front door with the tag…read morethey last stating they had attempted delivery - they made no second attempt. On the second day, we again stayed home waiting to sign and accept the delivery. I was literally standing at my front door at the time they claim they "delivered" my package. However, no one knocked, no one delivered anything nor obtained my signature. They show a signature of "L.Left at door" which tells me the delivery person either stole my package or was too lazy to make the second attempt. But since they claim it was delvered they are not making a third attempt nor claim to have my package. I get packages from amazon, uber and instacart on a regular basis and have never had a package not delivered. I am very upset and hope they truly investigate this.
