The mats are very high quality and INCLUDED in the rate. There is purified water there to fill your bottle up before a tough class. The people attending are usually very friendly. There is a small but really nice selection of performance yoga wear for sale. She sells Kambucha and the most delicious coconut waters I have ever had. I highly recommend yoga roots if you are advanced and looking for a place to expand your practice or you are brand new to yoga and just had a tough week and want to clear your mind, love yourself, stretch out and roll around with a gentle or restorative yoga class.
