Dad was a bit of a hoarder. Nick was prompt and professional and went above and beyond in every imaginable way. For instance, he located a box full of unknown coins: he could easily have just taken them but instead set them aside for us. He also found credit cards and family memorabilia, including a wedding dress, all of which he contacted us about and set aside for us. He dug through the already removed kitchen junk to locate an instruction manual for an appliance that my Dad really wanted to leave in the house. He stayed in constant contact with us and was incredibly understanding with my Dad's quirks (dad is 92). This man is a hardworking and honest soul and he does a FANTASTIC, very thorough job. When he was done, the house and yard were completely clear and ready to sell. Wonderful company. Hire them.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Gant and Mason from Got Junk. From the moment they arrived, they demonstrated impeccable professionalism, genuine care, and incredible attention to detail. But what touched me most was the sincere empathy and compassion they showed toward my uncle and his situation. Helping an elderly loved one through a difficult transition can be incredibly emotional, and unfortunately, it can be heartbreaking to see how easily our elders can sometimes be overlooked or treated without the respect and dignity they deserve. Gant and Mason were completely different. They treated my uncle, his belongings, and his circumstances with kindness, patience, and genuine respect. Their willingness to take the time to understand the situation and handle everything with such care meant more to our family than they will ever know. They didn't simply do a job--they showed compassion when it was needed most. Gant and Mason are a true reflection of what outstanding customer service should be. Their professionalism, kindness, and humanity made a difficult situation a little easier for our family. I am incredibly grateful for everything they did and would recommend them without hesitation. Thank you, Gant and Mason, for treating my uncle with the dignity, respect, and compassion every person deserves. You made a difference, and we will never forget it.
