The marinara dip they came with had no extra fee, we live on the extreme southern end of the state and often places down our way will charge an extra $2 or $3 dollars more for a dip cup. Northern Maine never stops surprising me! The pizzas were delivered to our table just as we finished our breadsticks-perfect timing! The pizza was really good. The dough tasted fresh, it was thin with a slight crunch. The sauce was tangy, like a Greek style pizza sauce. The toppings were just the right amount. What I saw was a team that seamlessly worked together to make their customers feel seen and appreciated. It was like I watched an interpretive dance. If the bartender needed (for whatever reason) to step away from the bar, another employee filled her place. I even saw one employee asking the current bartender to teach her how to make a certain drink. I had the cheese curds, and they were so good that I asked for a to-go so I could share it with my family. Someone from the kitchen brought out my order. I said, "Please tell the chef that these are so good that they could be addictive." He smiled and said, "Thank you. I'm the chef." What I learned is that if I have a few sips of beer left in my glass, that's the time to let my server that I want another and perhaps the check (if that's the case).

We had ordered the "Ruby's Signature Sampler" but nothing came like it should have. The Tomato Soup tasted like anything but tomato, the cooks somehow screwed up and put sugar on the tortilla chips instead of salt, and the chicken and mozzarella sticks lack flavor. The Honey Mustard we had ordered was much more watery than It needed to be. They had also given us way too little of the Spinach Artichoke dip for the amount of chips we had gotten. Not to mention, the dip tasted awful. First experiences normally mean the most to a customer, and having this as my own makes me think I never want to order from here again.
