Last Friday after our windshield being hit by a seriously propelled piece of metal from one of the State's mowers for the sides of the rural roads, we went straight to Quentin to have him see if we had any other damage than just the windshield!! Thank Goodness we did not! Quentin immediately got his shop vac and vacuumed all the glass from inside of our car and put waterproof tape on the inside and outside of the windshield to help us get it home and to a windshield repair place the next day!! We are Country Boy customers for life!! Quentin goes above and beyond what is essential!! Thank You so much not only for the awesome job of repairing our car several months ago but also for being there for us just last week!! Quentin, your kindness is so appreciated, thank you!! Do not. I repeat do not use these guys. They will stalk you when their feelings are hurt. See…read morebelow. Let's begin, They were several hours in coming to my AAA roadside assistance call. When the guy got here he wouldn't even try to get my car on a 10 deg grade. Concrete driveway. Totally easy grade. Despite there being a flat spot at the bottom. I was so confused. And despite the exact same size truck bringing it here. I argued with the guy. "you arent even going to try". I told him "I don't understand what the problem is, it's literally a 10 deg concrete grade and my car is tiny". He couldn't articulate what the problem was. Kept say "my truck". I said "you can't back into a driveway". He said the hill. I was like "are you serious, it is flat at the bottom". Basically he didn't want to work. One of those people that literally works to not work. So then he says "you are talking to me bad and left". I think because I said "I have waited since 9am and you just now get here at 3pm and you are going to not even back your effing truck down". " I even said, sorry for using that word, but seriously dude, you are literally doing nothing. Again it's a 10 deg grade. Same size truck that brought it here. But here is the kicker. And listen closely. He went to the end of my road a couple houses down and stalked me for 30 mins. I called AAA and they were going to call the police. I walked down and told him to leave. He didn't. Another 10 mins of stalking and staring. Then he comes back and parks in front of my driveway and stares at me about 5 feet from me and begins to open his door, so I had to go inside and get protection. Wasn't sure what he was doing and I did not feel safe. When I came out he drove off. Literally this guy stalked me over not wanting to do his job and the customer calling him out on it and saying one bad word in protest. I filed a formal complaint with AAA and they are investigating this guy and this company as we speak, I have video evidence of the entire interaction from my house cams and my phone. So I have proof of the entire interaction. I'm 6'4 215 so this wasn't a situation where a whiny dude is complaining. This guy literally stalked me for 30 mins over a disagreement and getting his feelings hurt when I showed frustration with his complete inability to even try to do his job. He spent 30 secs looking at the job (it was a totally easy job), see the pics, then got upset when I pressed him on why he wouldn't even back down the driveway. Here is my driveway. Attached. Doesnt even matter. These people are worthless. And will stalk you when they get their feelings hurt. Note the picture of him blocking our road a block down. He even backed up when he saw me looking at him. After this he drove back to me and parked in front of me and started to get out of his car. I have video of this. I wasn't protected so I walked away and got protection. Don't use them.
