Trying to get from the parking garage to the mall with a stroller was the worst experience. No good signage, no easy way to navigate. We parked on level 2 and discovered the lifts are only on Level 4, 6 and 8 and even when on level 4 we had to go a roundabout way to eventually get back to our car on level 2 after multiple trips up and down the stairs carrying baby in the pram. On top of all of this there is a fee for parking £1-8+, even in the popular tourist destination of Santa Monica, California parking is free for the first 3 hours. This is why brick and mortar stores are closing down and why online shopping is way better.

When I came out of the toilet I was asked to leave the store as supposedly someone who had a green bag like mine had been causing trouble in another store even though this was the first store I had been in. I had to show the staff member my wound and stoma bag just to prove that I wasn't doing anything wrong. The owner then came up and I even showed him my stomach to prove why I needed to use the toilet first. Then the owner said that he recognised me and we'd had dealings at Christmas over some candles. Even though I was at home recovering from major surgery after spending 2 months in hospital and was unable to leave my home. Its a poor show when a disabled person gets treat like a shoplifter whilst trying to go about there life and to top it off the owner was seeming like he was trying to find an excuse to have a go. Oh and by the way I also have Aspergers, ankylosing spondylitus plus a few other health issues. If you feel like disputing these I can always bring my medical records in. I like their kidswear - some of it is tat, but a lot of it is really nice and considering they grow out of it so quickly then it doesn't matter if it falls to bits after a dozen washes. This is a decent sized Primark store with access from two sides of Freshney place. It's all on one level and focuses on ladieswear, with smaller kids and mens departments and a very limited selection of homewares. The branch in Doncaster seems to be about 3 times the size, but if you're local to Grimsby then this is a good cheap place for budget clothes.

I have lost count of the amount of people who have been shopping in one of the stores on this retail park only to find they've got a parking ticket. It certainly puts people off. I haven't been to any of the stores on this site for quite a while now - at least a year - because I disagree with this type of management and I don't drive! The range of shops situated here isn't that special and certainly not worth walking from the town centre for. I only give one star because the system does not allow me to submit without giving a star.
