Trying to get from the parking garage to the mall with a stroller was the worst experience. No good signage, no easy way to navigate. We parked on level 2 and discovered the lifts are only on Level 4, 6 and 8 and even when on level 4 we had to go a roundabout way to eventually get back to our car on level 2 after multiple trips up and down the stairs carrying baby in the pram. On top of all of this there is a fee for parking £1-8+, even in the popular tourist destination of Santa Monica, California parking is free for the first 3 hours. This is why brick and mortar stores are closing down and why online shopping is way better.

If they don't have it in stock and it's available they will get it for you. All the staff are musicians so they know what they're talking about and they are not condescending towards those of lesser ability (I'm not that good a guitarist). They will set up and tune guitars to your specification; free when purchasing a new guitar. They have a great selection of amps too. The prices are very competitive to any other store in the country so no need to travel to get what you want.

The main element of the business is that of art gallery and picture framing. The range of prints and original artwork available is outstanding. Where outside a big city will you find art by the likes of Todd White? you wouldn't expect to find it in Cleethorpes but yes, the limited edition (95 prints only) releases which are hand embellished by Todd White have been on sale here, albeit not for long because you can't get them for love nor money. Traditional watercolours to modern prints can be found here and prices that are surprisingly cheap - the Todd White pieces were only £700 each. If you need something framing then this is the place to go. Forget any of these bargain basement type places because they often don't have much of a clue. Mig (the owner) just has an eye for framing. He just knows exactly what will look best. When I need something framing I don't even bother thinking about what I want because I just leave it up to him and know the end result will be perfect. Finally upstairs of the gallery is an art studio which hosts lessons for all levels by famous watercolour artist Leslie Treacher.

The shop always has several staff on who specialise in childrens fittings and they will professionally measure your childs feet and recommend accordingly. The service is second to none.
