Not worth a penny either way. They also do not soak off your nails when Shellac is on and you are receiving your Pedi, so instead they dremmel off when it is time for your mani which in turn ends up breaking and weakening your nails in the long run. After receiving a pedicure at this salon, I developed a fungal nail infection. I only discovered the issue after removing the nail polish, at which point I could clearly see the signs of the infection. I have since been told that I may lose that part of the affected toenail. Based on what I experienced and what I was advised afterward, I believe the infection was caused by unsanitary tools used during my pedicure. What has upset me even more than the infection itself is the complete lack of concern from the owner. I wrote directly to Dave, the owner, expecting at the very least some empathy and a willingness to investigate what happened. Instead, I received no apology, no compassion, and no sense that customer health and safety mattered. I was simply told that the manager of the location would contact me. That never happened. When a customer raises a serious health concern, ignoring them is unacceptable. Businesses that provide personal care services have a responsibility to maintain strict sanitation standards and to take complaints seriously. Unfortunately, I experienced neither. I cannot recommend this salon based on my experience. If you value cleanliness, customer care, and accountability, I would strongly encourage you to think twice before booking an appointment here.
