After receiving a pedicure at this salon, I developed a fungal nail infection. I only discovered the issue after removing the nail polish, at which point I could clearly see the signs of the infection. I have since been told that I may lose that part of the affected toenail. Based on what I experienced and what I was advised afterward, I believe the infection was caused by unsanitary tools used during my pedicure. What has upset me even more than the infection itself is the complete lack of concern from the owner. I wrote directly to Dave, the owner, expecting at the very least some empathy and a willingness to investigate what happened. Instead, I received no apology, no compassion, and no sense that customer health and safety mattered. I was simply told that the manager of the location would contact me. That never happened. When a customer raises a serious health concern, ignoring them is unacceptable. Businesses that provide personal care services have a responsibility to maintain strict sanitation standards and to take complaints seriously. Unfortunately, I experienced neither. I cannot recommend this salon based on my experience. If you value cleanliness, customer care, and accountability, I would strongly encourage you to think twice before booking an appointment here.

Pretty simple process to make an appointment, I got my nails done prior so I did a removal first and they did a very gentle removal via soak off I wanted a specific type of French tip I saw on pinterest so I sent them a photo of what I wanted and that was what I got. The service was really friendly and both of my nail techs were really nice and constantly checking in with me because I have a really sensitive nail bed.

Probably the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon…read more I came in for a pedicure and a shellac/no-chip manicure on Sunday, March 26th. I had my pedicure first with the gentleman who works in the shop and was immediately put off by the fact that he didn't wear gloves. He cut my toe nails so short that it was painful and they're sure to be ingrown as a result. The massage part of the pedicure lasted for under two minutes and was extremely lackluster. To top it off, he was also quite unfriendly and argued with me about my color choice. I explained I wanted a shellac manicure and for the non-shellac color on my toes to match the shellac polish I picked for my fingers, but when it came time to paint my toes, he pulled out the UV light dryer, and when I explained what I wanted again, he told me that wasn't what I said. Another nail technician stepped in and told him that I had explained correctly and that he'd misunderstood. It was still uncomfortable. Then I had my manicure with an older woman. She (and the other nail tech) were very nice, but she did a horrible job on my manicure. Again, she didn't wear gloves and nothing felt very clean at any point during my visit. She also didn't wear a mask or put on any kind of fan when she removed the remains of the shellac I had on my nails, which is probably horrible for both of us to breathe in. My nails were painted and filed unevenly and many of them had bumps in them from the hair or dust floating around the shop. When I went home that night, the polish on my right thumb nail peeled off completely and was still wet underneath. In all my years of having shellac manicures, I have never had this happen. I returned to the shop the next day (Monday, 3/27) to have it fixed, which the same woman did, again without wearing gloves or a mask. And she painted it so unevenly that it didn't even look like the same color as the rest of my nails. After leaving from having that nail fixed, the polish on both of my middle fingers peeled off as well and since then, more fingers have done the same thing. It's absolutely ridiculous to pay the prices they charge to have this happen. It was the most expensive shellac manicure/pedicure I have ever had ($79.00 total) and it was far from a luxurious experience with much less than a quality result. I contacted the shop via email for a refund since I live out of town and they have completely ignored me. Avoid this place at all costs if you're looking for cleanliness, quality, and positive customer service. Such a disappointment.
