Two minor annoyances - 1. Please do as they ask and put away the phones. It is distracting for other guests 2. Don't reserve chairs by the pool for a long time by leaving your belongings there. Some folks did it for over 3 hours while we were there. So not fair to other guests. Otherwise, a wonderful spot and great staff. Note - Do take your epi pen if you are allergic to bees/wasps. I had them done on Wednesday and by Monday 3 of my nails were completely lifted off. I went to my regular nail place today and when she started shaving them down every single nail had lifted from my nail bed - it's been 9 days since I had them done. Customer service wasn't great but the price point doesn't match this salons abilities to provide quality service. 0/10 would not recommend spending a penny here.
