I came with several pictures I talked to her about how I wear my hair and that I use a larger barrel curling iron as well as my hair condition. She cut the top so short that my curling iron will not fit (she used a tiny curling iron in the top and front of my hair). My hair was long but now the back is 4 inches shorter in the centre back compared to the sides. I have to wait for my hair to grown out before I have it fixed or get it cut alot shorted to have it evened out. Because Tracy didnt fully dry my hair when I lleft the salon and its curly I really couldnt tell about the back and the front not like you can glue it back on but when itt fully dried I could see the difference in lenghts and layers. I called got her answering machine left a message. She called back the following monday wanted me to come in so she could recut it I told her she will never cut my hair again, she offered to refund my money by EMT I have yet to receive it I asked her to pay for a smaller curling iron she said no. For now I have wear my hair up in a clip until it growns out which could take months because I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer a few days before Tracy cut my hair and she knew about it. He is able to touch up a full head of highlight (my hair is long), trim and blow dry my hair in less than an hour!!! That is unbelievable! As a busy working mom, this is very much appreciated. He has since been cutting my husband's hair as well and my hubby is also very satisfied with Nader's service. He has thick wavy hair and is not easy to cut and style but Nader does a fantastic job. From there checking in was seamless. Room was spacious and clean. The curated food menus for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinners are all great with many options to choose from. Enjoyed the steam room, cold plunge and thermal pools. Therapists were all top notch. What a difference when you stay at the main inn! Definitely looking forward to more visits in the future.

They have other yoga, meditation and other classes available for a fee. Lots of body treatments including massages and body scrubs. Meals were wonderful. Great place to decompress. Two minor annoyances - 1. Please do as they ask and put away the phones. It is distracting for other guests 2. Don't reserve chairs by the pool for a long time by leaving your belongings there. Some folks did it for over 3 hours while we were there. So not fair to other guests. Otherwise, a wonderful spot and great staff. Note - Do take your epi pen if you are allergic to bees/wasps. There are quite a few buzzing around the pool and gardens.

On top of that for the three weeks until my lash removal was scheduled every time my eyes watered they would sting like I got jalapeño in my eyes. This has never happened anywhere else I've got lashes done and my new lash technician assured me that if i kept going there serious damage would be done to my lashes. Super unimpressed
