The owners Paulo, Fernando and Stephanie, are ALWAYS on the floor guaranteeing the perfect flow, and the happiness of the customers. To those people that are complaining about the salad bar, that has 30 different options or more, keep in mind that if you want salad the restaurant for you is called Just Salad and its much cheaper too. This place is all about the darn meat and the service. The churrasco masters come to your table NON-STOP. Have you ever been to those chains like Fogo ou Texas, where they come by your table once every 15 mins. WELL THAT IS NOT HOW THEY RUN THIS SHOW, you can barely finish eating the piece you got and there is 2 churrasco masters coming your way, its non stop rodízio. Lastly and the most important the quality of the meat. All other restaurants serve shitty cuts for lunch and prime cuts at night! THIS PLACE DOESNT EVEN CARRY SHITTY CUTS! They serve the prime cut all day, everyday! That should be the business you are aiming to spend your hard earned dollar at. Don't be fooled by the chains or other smaller brazilian steakhouses, here in south florida, no one provide the quality and the service that Pampa Gaucho does.

As a pescatarian, I'm probably not the reviewer for you, but I'll try!…read more We went here to celebrate a family birthday. I made a reservation, and I'm guessing on weekend nights, this is the way to go. From the outside, Pampa Gaucho Churrascaria doesn't look like much, but inside it is quite lovely. Tables have white linens and candles. There is a large, inviting salad bar in the middle of the room with many choices of greens, toppings as well as cheeses, shrimp, eggplant, crab salad and more. There are also some hot bar items: black beans, rice, polenta, large grilled shrimp, mashed potatoes, and plantains. There's an option to just have the salad bar. I opted for this. They included salmon and grilled pineapple for me. There was plenty of food and it was all well made. So if you're a vegetarian or pesco-veg, you'll still be well taken care of while your carnivorous table-mates go to town. And that they did. There was filet mignon, flank steaks, sausage, short ribs, chicken, Parmesan encrusted pork, and probably way more. The dining room bursts with activity as servers visit the tables with this wide assortment of mostly rotisserie meats. Desserts are not included, and there are many options on the menu. While I tried to convince the others for the flan, we went with the tres leches. It was fabulous! So try and save a little space for dessert if you can. If you're a meat lover or looking for a fun celebratory meal, this place is for you! The servers were very nice and helpful. We very much enjoyed our evening here.

Casa do Pastel still delivers…read more I hadn't been in years but went back craving a proper pastel. I ordered the beef and the cheese, and both hit. The shells were crisp and light without being greasy, and the fillings were well-seasoned without overdoing it. I added a brigadeiro for dessert and it was spot on, rich and balanced. I went back the next day for the fresh sugarcane juice and ordered the beef and cheese again. Same result. The juice was clean, lightly sweet, and refreshing, and the pastels were just as good as the first time. It's a small, no-frills spot. Clean, simple, nothing fancy. I didn't dine in, just picked up both times, but service was efficient and smooth. The flavors took me right back to Brazil. Consistent quality, no shortcuts. I'll be back.
