He gave us a very competitive bid and a good timeframe to come to our home in northern Utah. He was very thorough in the cleaning, used special lighting to look for "hot spots" and was able to show us just what a poor job the previous company had done (or didn't do as it may be.) The tech was actually early for my appointment which could be problematic if he hadn't called ahead and arranged to be early (nice touch). He was very professional, did a great job, and there was no "add on" or upsell. Only the true owner knows. I didn't expect super-duper clean because of the age.
