About 20 minutes after arranging the appointment I get a text message confirmation which adds a little piece of mind. The tech was actually early for my appointment which could be problematic if he hadn't called ahead and arranged to be early (nice touch). He was very professional, did a great job, and there was no "add on" or upsell. We did call an audible to have another large room cleaned and he was empowered to figure the pricing and complete it with no hassle. Definitely a recommend here. If you are going to have someone scrub under your feet, these are the folks to do it.

He gave us a very competitive bid and a good timeframe to come to our home in northern Utah. He was very thorough in the cleaning, used special lighting to look for "hot spots" and was able to show us just what a poor job the previous company had done (or didn't do as it may be.) We picked Heaven's best due to the high ratings. We bought the house a month ago knowing the carpets needed cleaned due to pet stains left by the previous owner. After paying almost $600 for a cleaning the stains were still there. I put some cleaner on the stains and baking soda on top and the baking soda is pulling the stain out. See photos. Yes it's pretty gross after a cleaning. Then I used my Bissel shampooer in a couple of spot and the water it pulled out was black. I shouldn't have to do this after it was "professionally" cleaned for $600. I will say the young men that came out were very friendly and helpful and that's why I am giving 2 stars instead of 1

My floor is constantly dusty, the box elder bugs manage to come in too. It gets so dusty at the entrance that dirt settles onto the stairs and of course gets tracked along the hallway. That was the pesky area I wanted clean. The tech came in and licketty split got the stains out of my carpet, and cleaned the area I wanted and did an excellent job. My carpet is OLD, HOW OLD IS IT??? Only the true owner knows. I didn't expect super-duper clean because of the age. BUT the tech came in cleaned the carpet so well that I had to look closer to see if the stains were really gone and they are! When I move out of this place I will call them again. In fact, I know my stairs will get dirty this winter so I will be calling them again in a few months or so.
