About 20 minutes after arranging the appointment I get a text message confirmation which adds a little piece of mind. The tech was actually early for my appointment which could be problematic if he hadn't called ahead and arranged to be early (nice touch). He was very professional, did a great job, and there was no "add on" or upsell. We did call an audible to have another large room cleaned and he was empowered to figure the pricing and complete it with no hassle. Definitely a recommend here. We picked Heaven's best due to the high ratings. We bought the house a month ago knowing the carpets needed cleaned due to pet stains left by the previous owner. After paying almost $600 for a cleaning the stains were still there. I put some cleaner on the stains and baking soda on top and the baking soda is pulling the stain out. See photos. Yes it's pretty gross after a cleaning. Then I used my Bissel shampooer in a couple of spot and the water it pulled out was black. I shouldn't have to do this after it was "professionally" cleaned for $600. I will say the young men that came out were very friendly and helpful and that's why I am giving 2 stars instead of 1

I'll start with Jeff, who handles the Yelp messages. He was very professional, communicated well,…read moreand was understanding when I reached out with concerns. Unfortunately, the actual service was disappointing. I spoke with the receptionist beforehand and went into detail about everything I needed done. I was quoted the $189 special and knew stairs would cost extra, but once they arrived, there were additional charges for landings, walk-in closets, and other things I wasn't expecting. What I thought would be a reasonable increase ended up costing me about $300-$400 more than anticipated. My advice is to ask about every possible charge beforehand and get a firm price. The basement came out good, but the master bedroom closets left a lot to be desired. The stairs also ended up with a green discoloration afterward that I had to remove myself. To make matters worse, their van leaked oil in my driveway and on the street. I contacted Jeff and thought someone would come out to clean it. Instead, the same van returned and left another oil spot on the street. I now have two oil stains in the street and one in my driveway. My biggest advice: do not let their vehicle park in your driveway, and get a detailed price upfront that includes closets, landings, stairs, and anything else you want cleaned. Jeff was great to deal with, but based on the overall experience, I personally wouldn't recommend the company.
