A technician from a different company had told me it might need to be replaced, so I wanted a second (home-warranty-covered) opinion. Jackson (the owner) was condescending and rude. He "explained" to me that the heater was "brand new" (it was bought 3 owners ago and 6-7 years ago) and "still under [manufacturer's] warranty" (It's not). Then he told me a.) that I did have a problem with this heater, and b.) that he didn't like that I corrected him when I told him the heater wasn't brand new. I asked him to please take my concerns seriously and not raise his voice at me. He promptly stormed out of the house and refused to tell me what was wrong with my heater. Truly, I have never seen such petty and unprofessional behavior from anyone. I would highly recommend you avoid this company if you can.
