They kept it 6 weeks, worse when I got it back than when taken in. (They were an authorized repair center for the company making the machine.) Wonderful young man @ Capo Beach rapidly tested, diagnosed and suggested ways to resolve the issue..........all while the machine was in my pickup AND did not charge for his evaluation! The epitome of good service. Would highly recommend this shop for service and competence of the highest order. They certainly have my business and I tell anyone needing good help with mechanical devices to see these folks. Jim Mullen Dana Point, CA

I forgot what it's like to go into a store (without a mask, yess!))) where the associates actually know what they're talking about. I could tell after a few minutes of walking around that this Mom and Son team are experts based on the products they carried. I was impressed to see the best of the best chemicals, Thornell Odorcide, Pros Choice Carpet Care and Stone Pro Tile and Stone. I came in to pick up a new upright vacuum after having thankfully offloaded a rinky dink Shark Cordless Vertex DuoClean. I picked a powerhouse $500 Sebo Mechanical 300. A What? A Sebo. A Who. Uhh Its Called Sebo. They are a German Vac Company that is close to being on a level all by themselves and in some ways they are. He texted me to call him, so I did, but didn't reach him. The next day I didn't hear from him until much later, and by then, I'd booked someone else. When he texted me, I let him know that I'd chosen someone else. He apologized for being slow to respond and being abrupt in his texts (they were testy) and asked if we could start over. I told him it wasn't an issue, but I'd truly booked someone else. Then he started complaining that he was getting attacked by AI and it was a crime, and it was hard to know if potential clients were real. I said I was real, and he must not have have put my voicemail and my email together. Then he asked me again for my name and city so that he could put it together. At this point, it was getting ridiculous, but I complied, I was trying to help the guy out, and get off his list. Then he starts cussing at me. I blocked him. What a jerk. I'm telling you, I was never anything but kind and helpful to him, the only thing I did "wrong" was ask him for a custom quote (which he never gave me, because he clearly still had no idea what work I'd asked him to do - he only gave me his 3 hour minimum shtick) and later had the courtesy to tell him that I'd hired someone else. Instead of blowing him off. I was nice, and he is throwing four letter words at me. I would find someone else who is more trustworthy, reliable, knows the difference between a computer and a real person, and knows how to treat potential clients. How will he treat you inside your own home??
