Sean overheard me say we had about half that available, and he came over and said he would do it. We had a one-day trial, and my son has had 50/50 since, but the mother continues to try to undermine him and eliminate his custody. I believe that parents should be as informed as they possibly can about the applicable laws and the process, but there are very few resources for pro se litigants. If you're expecting your case to be a long, contentious, stressful, drawn-out situation with the other parent bullying, lying and manipulating the court, then you'll need someone to help guide you on the best approach to try to reduce litigation.
