I dislike American processed cheese with a passion so I wasn't crazy about the fact that the top of the tater tots had a layer of American cheese. It would have been great with grated cheddar, or any real cheese. The roll was fresh but I skipped eating the margarine--I just can't eat "butter" made out of vegetable oil, and the bread didn't need it. The corn was just corn but it was hot. I got a cupcake. Today's flavor was strawberry. On my first bite, I thought maybe the sliver of strawberry on top tasted a little underripe. But on all my following bites, I still tasted something a little off. I couldn't figure out if it was the cake or the frosting. I would not get the strawberry cupcake again.

Upon arrival, there appeared to be only one staff member handling the entire front and back of the house. We were instructed to sit anywhere, but every available table was uncleaned. The overall hygiene of the restaurant was a major concern. The menus had leftover food residue, and the large window blinds were visibly stained with food. Beyond the lack of cleanliness, basic service was entirely absent. We were not greeted warmly, offered a high chair for our baby, or even brought water. Shortly after seating us, the employee went into the kitchen area and did not return. After waiting with no further service or assistance, we decided to leave. Management urgently needs to address their staffing, basic customer service standards, and cleanliness. We will not be returning.
