To be honest, I'm not sure how much we paid, as there wasn't the usual big sign outside with the price. It wasn't a big deal though because we didn't need much. I ran into the store to use the restroom while my husband pumped the gas -- but they didn't have a restroom. Not even for customers. The cashier was pleasant when he informed me of this. We would likely look for other options when we are next in Phoenix.

No surprises, which is exactly what you want. Getting out can be a little annoying depending on how crowded it is. It's not chaos, just a bit tight and awkward when everyone's trying to leave at the same time. Four stars because it does its job really well, you just have to be willing to deal with the crowd. If you hit it at the right time, it's an easy win. If not, you'll earn that cheaper gas.
