They are absolutely consistent, and typically have less expensive gas (if you use the app, it is a tremendous discount that adds up). They are alway clean and well maintained. This location, true to their consistency, is like all the others. :-) I could literally copy and paste this review to every location, because their absolute consistency is practically a trade mark. Sadly... They have decent coffee, but few-to-none sugar free flavor options, which is a ding on them.

It's a bit confusing that they have some small sandwiches for grab & go, but a much larger full sandwich at the exact same price if you order from the touch screen. I think it was worth the wait to have it made fresh as it was actually really good (better than Subway) and priced like it was 2010 all over again. The bathrooms and area to the bathrooms was in rough shape, I was slip sliding around the floor but that's how it goes at these places when it's snowy out. Other than that, it's easy in and out and QT is the best gas station chain in the midwest for my money.

I recently noticed that all of my tires were dangerously low, so I drove on over to Riley's and they spent a good 45 minutes checking my tires for leaks and refilling them with air. They were so nice and I hung out with them in the garage the whole time, asking them questions and learning more about the services they offer. Riley's Full Service can handle really any car issues and their team is comprised of kind, honest, and capable mechanics. I will definitely come back here the next time a mysterious light comes on!

I have always had very kind and friendly customer service at this location. However, today a very…read morekind lady named Kristie (I believe) helped me and for some reason, the coffee was not ringing up the advertised perks price, despite her putting my perks number in manually and then trying to scan it. No matter what she did despite her efforts it just wasn't working. There was an issue with the system. She kindly asked for some help to fix it from another employee named Krista (I believe) and she couldn't seem to be bothered and just acted as if Kristie didn't know what she was doing. So, Eduardo (I know this is correct) came over and very rudely and condescendingly kept saying things like "she (referring to me) is not a perks member" and Kristie said, it says right here she is. I showed him my card ( I have been a member and registered with the new setup as well for over 6 years at least). Kristie informed Eduardo that this is the 3rd or 4th perks member that hasn't worked so far this morning. His response was "Well that's a corporate issue, not mine." Instead of trying to help the situation he was acting like we were wasting his time and were idiots. He then had her change the price manually and told her "Let's not make it more complicated than it is, ok?" I could not believe he was talking to an employee this way! How freaking rude dude. I know in most places you're not supposed to change prices without managerial approval, for obvious reasons. You could tell the way Eduardo spoke to Kristie brought her down. I was so mad because she was doing her best and being as kind as she could be about the situation. This is why good, kind employees dont last because of Eduardos. Before I left I told Kristie, "I don't think you are making it a bigger deal than it needed to be at all. He seems very unkind and rude, really a j@ck@$$!"
