Finally got them two out of three were incorrect. Of course it's the two for the kids who just want plain side salads basically lettuce, and ranch. Really hard to mess up. When I called, they said they'd look into it...they came outside with my drinks and when I asked why it took so long (trying to understand and give grace), they just snarky replied with "we were busy" and when I said I saw the drive through had been empty, they just repeated the same thing back to me no matter the question I asked. No attempt at repair or explaining or offering compensation, just more rudeness? Also, I use the pull up vs drive through so I can get my drink without my daughter waking up from the drive through sounds.
