All the pumps work and employees were actively cleaning the parking lot (which is huge with loads of space for parking). The store itself is very well stocked, and there is plenty of food that's cooked and cooking. And maybe those egg-rolls are not gourmet dining but it sure as hell makes my day. I suggest using a credit card to pay with because if you use coins, you cannot pause the wash and may end up wasting water/product. I usually stay within budget of $40/below and can comfortably wash my vehicle twice a month. I'm a newb and take 2-3 hours a wash. They have lots of good options in the self-serve area including the typical ones of power wash and power dry but they also have some pre-soaks stuff for your wheels and a brush activated to clean them off and the same pre-soak stuff you can work on getting some of the worst grime off.
