I came to the store to report a fuel issue, expecting basic help. Instead, I was met with rude behavior, blatant disrespect, and complete disregard for customer safety. The manager on duty, Tommy, was aggressive and confrontational from the start. When I decided to leave, thinking the situation was escalating unnecessarily, it got even worse. Tommy followed me and my child as we left the premises -- all the way out of the parking lot. He began taking photos of my vehicle, creating a hostile and threatening situation that put us in real fear for our safety. His behavior was predatory, completely out of control, and felt personal and prejudiced. The co-manager, West, was present and not only failed to intervene but seemed to condone Tommy's aggressive behavior. When I asked for corporate contact or the regional manager, I was told nothing and treated as if I didn't matter. There were no apologies, no de-escalation, and no professionalism. Just intimidation. As a parent, this was a frightening ordeal -- my child was in the car, and we were just trying to leave safely. This wasn't a misunderstanding. This was harassment and abuse of authority. RaceTrac must take full accountability: Tommy needs to be immediately fired. West should be investigated and disciplined for negligence. A full corporate investigation must be conducted at this location. Formal apology issued to me and my family. If this isn't addressed appropriately, I will be taking further legal action and escalating this through media and regulatory agencies. This is a public safety issue now.

Also lettuce & tomatoes. My burger was about $6.59 (not including tax) and the fries were $2.99 (not including tax) so my total came out to be around $10.50. The burger was made fast but still good & cooked through. The fries had a good seasoning on them (would recommend asking for more seasoning). The burger was juicy & had a good mild flavor. The displays were moved to make a one way shopping experience. It looked like they had just finished cleaning because they had cleaning supplies out. The cashier was extremely friendly and professional. The gas pumps were clean and the lights outside were all in working order. No trash was visible during my visit. This is a great location right off 287 and sublet making it my go to the station when I am in the area.

I generally drive down Park Row to not have to take a U-Turn to get home in the evenings after work, and I stopped in here one particularly long day. I was greeted by Connie, the cashier. I went over to grab a soda and noticed that they had the 44oz cups (Don't judge me). As I was getting it Connie was engaging in conversation with everyone that walked in. It was nice to hear, as she seems to enjoy her job. For a Shell, the place is very clean. You can tell ownership follows repairs and that the staff maintains it well. Outside there is an automated car wash and a UPS pick up. The photos prior to mine are a bit out dated. They do not have a repair shop, nor do they seem to do inspections. There are two sides that are identical with 5 pumps each. The side facing Park Row is a quick in and out, with parking on the outer edges if you need not use a pump. The place is never crazy busy, so in and outs aren't difficult. Even turning left onto Park Row is a breeze when it is bot peak school arrival and departure times. The other side is accessible from Cooper, where the traffic is a bit heavier. This is the side that many students congregate around when it is lunchtime at the school. Avoiding it at this time may be prudent, though they only allow 3 students in at a time. Something about this place feels like home. Every time I leave I get a beautiful glimpse of the flat landscape and the big sky all around, with a 44oz soda in hand, it makes me smile.

We pumped the gas and we left. 5 minutes into our drive home I get two charge notifications from my bank for $20.00 When I looked at my account it showed a 40.00 charge. I called Murphy's store and they insisted they only charged us $20.00. I called my bank, they insist they cannot begin the dispute until the charge goes through... (it is currently, in "pending" status) I called Murphy's customer service explained that I have a charge for $40 dollars and a receipt for $20. Customer Service insists that they only charged my card for $20.00. I then explain that that I don't go to Walmart and get charged double when I buy $20.00. I went to the WINDOW, not the pump! Since I did credit, instead of debit I feel like this practice is a very shady way to take money from a customer! We went to the window, fully understanding that this would keep us from having a hold on our account for more than the cost of the charge. Only to find out that they are double charging people. You can see below that, there is definitely an issue here. Whether that is a technical issue or there is something shady going on in the store. Customer Service could have done a better job! I continually got stone walled with customer service regardless of the proof I had and also told there was NO MANAGER available when she was obviously done speaking to me. When I request the Managers name and district Mgr. Names I was only given the full name of the manager and told by the same associate the district manager for Murphy's was only giving out his first name. Believe it or not, I am that part of the population where $20 is counted in my budget. Simply it was not Murphy's to take. If there IS something shady going on in that store... they should've been more concerned about stealing from their customer! There was no satisfaction of service nor was there any restitution for what they had done! I am one customer who has been ignored by Murphy's. Who else has had this happen to them?
