Ethan immediately stepped in with patience and a genuinely helpful attitude. When the order became more complicated, he called on Ms. Emily for her expertise. Their kindness, teamwork, and professionalism truly made a difference. They both had warm, welcoming smiles and made me feel valued as a customer rather than rushed or inconvenienced. This is exactly what exceptional customer service looks like...going above and beyond to help someone, even when the process is not simple. Thank you, Ethan and Emily, for turning a frustrating situation into such a positive experience. Shake Shack is lucky to have you both, and I will definitely be back to dine with you again! Date of Visit: Thursday, January 23, 2025…read more The restaurant opened at 11am, and I arrived about 11:10am. I ordered a hamburger, chili dog, onion rings and a root beer float. I give the onion rings 1 star because they were awful. I believe the onion rings were left over from the night before. They were hard...and tasted like grease/oil. The root beer float was not good either...the "soda" didn't even taste like root beer and the vanilla ice cream was bland. It definitely wasn't Blue Bell Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream. The hamburger was delicious, and the chili dog was good. I may return and order the onion rings later in the day...hopefully they'll be fresh.

Review #8 out of 26 lets go!!…read more I went to this specific location for their lunch special. I had zero degree back prior to covid but that was before they started offering 'real food'. I was excited to come back and try them out. I went and asked the cashier what was the lunch special, she said I could choose any of their combos for $10! I was excited to see they had birria tacos and decided to get that for my lunch special. It came with two sides and a drink, for the drink she said I could get any of their teas, so I got their ubbe horchata. On my side I went with french fries with the regular seasoning and since I was already there, I decided to order a side of kimchi fries. Honestly, i am glad I ordered those Korean fries because they ended up being my favorite thing from this visit. The birria tacos were so sad; the tortilla was semi-warm, the meat could have used more flavor, and they just added a bunch of cilantro and green onions. It came with a side of consume and that was all water! It was so sad because usually the consume is made from the meat when its cooking and used as a dipping sauce. I swear I only got like 10 french fries in my order,r and after I got my order, I realized she never asked me what my second side was, and I put two and two together and figured they were counting the consume of the tacos as a side. WHAT A RIP-OFF! The real star of the show was the side of Korean fries I got. They were $8, but you get a lot of fries with that. It came with a fried egg on top, it had kimchi, it was topped with yum yum sauce or some kind of spicy mayonnaise. It was tossed in some kind of seasoning and I loved all of it. As I said, this was the real star of the show when I ordered because the birria tacos were a joke. , For my drink, I had the Ube Horchata, and it was good, nothing amazing, just good. The restaurant was pretty much empty when I went, and it was clean, with plenty of space to sit down and enjoy your 10 fries from your box combo. Overall, I would say, buyer beware, because they sure like to skimp on that lunch special. I won't be going out of my way to come to this location or any other zero degree because is not worth it.

The food was definitely good, and the burgers were flavorful and made with quality ingredients. They also have a nice variety of burger options and plenty of great sides to choose from. That being said, I left feeling a little underwhelmed. The burger was solid, but it wasn't anything that made me think, "I have to come back." Maybe my expectations were set too high, but I was expecting something more memorable. The biggest downside is the price. My meal--a burger, curly fries, and a drink--came out to $21. That's wildly too high. For a fast-casual burger restaurant, that's hard for me to justify. While the food was good, I didn't feel like it was good enough to warrant that price tag. Overall, it's a decent spot with quality food, but the value just isn't there for me. I'd probably come back if someone else was paying, but with so many great burger places offering similar quality for less, this wouldn't be my first choice.

After working remotely for over 10 years, I have to commute back to work and sometimes I get home a little late. So we decided to get something quick because we didn't want to cook dinner tonight. After all of these years this place has been in business, you would think that management would put these kids through training on how to cook proper crispy fries. I think that's what sent me over the top was how lousy, soggy the fries were. We'll never come back, EVER! We should have went to Chick-Fil-A or even Popeye's.
