You grab a number and enter that number in the kiosk. They bring the food to the table without saying anything. They guy didn't asked if we needed anything else. The food is good, but in my opinion is is overpriced. It has small portions. I got the chicken sandwich and spice cheese fries. Both were good. My coworkers got smashed burgers. They have patio seating. They also have plenty of parking.

This place has turned into a sh*thole and it's quite a disappointment. We have been a good three or four times since my initial review and I've put off writing up update, hoping it was just because i was an anomaly but it seems to be the new norm. The staff is slowly getting worse and worse, not very personable, and they are pretty much now giving off the vibe that they would rather be anywhere else than there. The only constant is the food. It's gone down in quality just a liiiiiiiittle bit but that's, I think, because they employees are just starting to not care. What is the most disappointing is the atmosphere. The cleanliness of the place has taken a HUGE nosedive and it seems that cleaning is way, way down on their list of priorities. I tried to take pictures to show the state things were in on our last visit but the pictures to not do it justice. Almost none of the tables had been cleaned off, there was trash everywhere, we actually had to clean or own table. If you zoom in on the picture with the man in the blue shirt you can see napkins on the floor, cups on tables, great on unwiped tables, there are wrappers on the floor, it was just not a good visit. And it wasn't just that one visit, it was the last several, I just felt this last visit that it had become the norm and was worth a mention. Keeping in mind this was at 1:30 in the afternoon on a Friday and, if you notice from all the empty tables, it's not like this place was slammed. Even the menu board sits, half not working, and obviously damaged/not working properly. And I'm not sure who is in control of the A/C but maybe turn it down a little from meat locker storage cold down to at least a summer time cool. The employee working the counter on Saturday night offered better conversation than I have in 95% of business establishments. He made an effort so we would have the best experience and even let me know that we Freddy's has a veggie burger. Also great: Freddy's was clean. My only suggestion would be that the music was a little loud inside, but maybe this is a good thing when the restaurant is full of people. (We were there at a slow time.)
