In fact I went in person to put in this request. I also requested NO refills to be made nor for them to contact any of my doctors. On 9-24- 2026 I received a text message asking if I wanted them to contact my doctors to get my prescription updated. I will be going back with a family member and we will be getting names and I will ask for the manager at this point. What are you doing CVS employees ?

Be prepared to wait as service is quite slow from my experience even when I've gone at different times of the day. Also, I highly suggest making sure your prescription is already filled prior to going to help alleviate some of the lengthy wait time. The store itself is a bit congested with small aisle and looks like one of the older CVS stores. Selections are limited with some things as well. This location is fine if you need to pick up a prescription or a regular item in the store. Other than that I would go to one of the newer nicer locations. Customer Service in there is ok-keep expectations low.

Meaning I was rejected instantly, without anyone even reviewing my resume or application. If you're not actually going to consider applicants, don't waste people's time with fake emails pretending you're "excited." Just be honest that you're auto-rejecting people. This shows no respect for people trying to work. I took the time to apply and create an account, and you couldn't even wait a full minute before rejecting me? Frazier's has been around for over 10 years and you can tell. Conditionally, it is showing its age from the lot to the interior. Nothing crazy, just normal wear and tear. Gas is a bit more expensive here, so I usually just stop in for snacks/drinks. Service is always friendly and welcoming. Overall, solid gas station!

However she rolled her eyes and said "yes, I am trying close now" with an attitude, like she always does, every time I walk in there. Then preceded to grab my stuff and scan my item's and huffed in annoyance again when I told her I need 2 packs of cigarettes like i was an inconvenience to her. Like seriously, you chose a job in customer service, it doesn't hurt to be nice, even just fake it a little. So in short, if this is the expected manor i will be treated when going to this store, then i will not being going back. Atleast not during her shift. And I know alot of people that have shunned that fraziers just because of her attitude and being disrespectful to customers. To clarify i do not know how this girl, nor have I met her previously, so this is absolutely nothing on a personal level. I genuinely think she's just a rude person with a bad attitude and shouldn't be working with people in a face to face customer service environment. I noticed that the prices were significantly higher than most stores. For example, a bottle of Nair is $5.49 at Walmart but $10 at CVS! The formula that I came in looking for was $12.99 but it's $9.99 at Publix just a few doors down. That 30% off coupon that I had made the final price only slightly less than it would've been elsewhere. The only advantage to going to CVS instead would be to avoid the crowds or long lines. I can't end this review without mentioning employee Lexi. She was extremely helpful, going above what most sales associates would to help out and make sure I was getting the best deals possible using the store coupons and rewards perks I had.
