He was super nice about regripping the scooter even though they service skateboards. We brought the scooter in and he totally helped us out. While we waited we checked out the store. Vanessa was a great help in finding sizes and showing off new designs that they received that morning. Each Crazy Shirt store usually has special designs peculiar to that area. Since this is the only Laguna Beach location, I got a a painted lifeguard tower on a blue background that looks really cool. My wife got a really cute beach puppies design. The shirts are pricey, but the quality is top notch.

Arrive at 9.45, the sign posted states 9.30 opening hours, but the door is locked. The guy at the register ignores me, I knock, he ignore more, I knock again and he comes to the door states that they are closed. I ask about the sign and he tells me "I don't know what to tell you, we are closed". It would be useful for them to update their hours online and on the store signage.

My husband and I visited the store and had a very disappointing experience. His tone and facial expression clearly implied that he thought we had taken merchandise without asking. The socks were my husband's own socks, and the entire interaction felt rude, condescending, and completely inappropriate. They don't even sell the same brand socks at the store. Rather than providing customer service, the associate made him feel accused and uncomfortable while shopping. Customer service training should include basic professionalism and respect. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression.
