He helped our group get situated and ensured we had the absolute best experience possible. ++ The simulator experience offers a variety of courses to play and a variety of styles to best suit your group. ++ While we chose to golf during our visit there were many more play options including lacrosse, hockey, zombie dodgeball, and more! They also offer up ping pong tables and axe throwing - so go ahead and try something new! ++ The fine folks at OverFlyte offer up a drool-worthy table-side food and drink menu. We sipped and noshed on all the things. I opted for FlyteCo Mules and the Fried Chicken Sandwich. Delish! OverFlyte Denver def helped us beat the bitter cold blues. Can't wait to come back and check out more of what they have to offer!

The staff are amazing, and go out of their way to ensure that everything is explained and you are set up to have a good time. It was very busy the night we went, but that wasn't an issue since you reserve your space ahead of time. We did both axe throwing and a bay rental for an hour. Renting a golf bay is incredibly cost effective since the cost does not change based on how many people you have (you can have up to 8). And even though I called it a golf bay there are TONS of options to play. The food and drinks (which you can order through a QR code) are also great. We had some wings and they were delicious. TL:DR - an awesome option for a night out with built in activities

Fun and interactive!…read more They did a great job of incorporating each Pixar movie with its themed hole! All of the challenges and fun ways of getting everyone on the team involved! I do suggest getting there sooner rather than later, as in: Pixar putt was in Denver from September to late November. I went on the 2nd to last week of November. Some of the attractions were defective. On the Soul hole, you could play the piano to launch your ball on the course. Well along the way the piano was broken from multiple people hitting it to hard. But we found a way to make it fun :) Over all it was a fun and great experience! I hope they do something like this again!

Pixar Putt at The Rally Hotel in McGregor Square was an expensive and disappointing experience to…read moresay the least. We decided to take our little guy who is a major fan of Toy Story, Nemo, Monsters Inc, Luca and many other Pixar franchises. The problem is: aside from a Buzz & Woody statue out front, there are NO characters featured in the experience. It must be some weird licensing thing they have with Pixar, but it was odd that there were NONE of the characters in picture or statue form throughout the whole place. There were some caricature-style drawings resembling some of the Toy Story characters on the walls, but not one major personality could be found on any hole. The holes were movie-themed, but if there wasn't a sign telling you which movie, I don't think most people could identify half of them. The holes themselves were poorly constructed and seeing signs of major wear-and-tear. There were seams of carpet that threw the ball offline, places the ball got stuck within the wonky design and just poorly planned holes that sent several balls errantly flying across the space. The grand finale was supposed to be an "Up" themed hole where your ball goes up in the balloon from the movie and then released towards the hole. It was closed, I suspect because the balloon is hand-cranked by and employee and given there were only 2-3 people working, they likely just shut it down. The flow was maddening as well. We waited 5+ minutes per hole. There was one employee sort of running the traffic, but he disappeared at some point and everything bogged down. We spent around $100 for 3 of us and left pretty frustrated and disappointed. Your local miniature golf course is a much better option than Pixar Putt.

This year's Denver race was the biggest yet with 1,500 people - and it showed some growing pains (thus the four stars instead of five). 1. Mystery Spot #2 is only revealed at Mystery Spot #1. So you can imagine the horrific log jam/mosh pit at the beginning of the race at this stop. 2. Raffle prizes aren't from an actual raffle. While it would be nice to sit back and enjoy a beer while watching a traditional raffle, the UAR team decided prolong the activity 2hrs after race end time by doing dance-offs and Frisbee competitions. Ugh. We become bored and hot, and left... Hopefully, it's run a bit differently next year. Regardless, you should enter this race in hopes to finish and have FUN - not to win.

The stops were mostly fun and well planned out. There was only one that felt like a cattle run, and that is to be expected with a sold-out 1500 person race. There were two things I had problems with. The first one was that the 'mystery clue' was a picture of graffiti on the side of a local bike shop. I'm not a local, so that clue is utterly useless to me and I really was discouraged by it. It wasn't even something I could look up! Putting in something that was known to locals but still find-able on google would have been a much better choice. Second, in 2011 the end raffle was terrible. So many people worked so hard to make sure that the event went smoothly (and it mostly did) and then we had to watch a ton of mismanaged product giveaways and drawn out contests in order to see who won the raffles. I love that the final prize for race winners is relatively low (in order to discourage the inevitable cheating) and the value is in the experience and the end raffle, but sitting in the sun in 95 degree heat watching people have a dance off feels far too much like spring break 98. I will still look forward to next year, but I'll prob skip the afterparty and buy my beers on special at stony's bar and grill ($1 pints today!)
