We designed our t-shirt online and then I called to see if our order will make it in time and Michael G. told us it would on the phone, and then sent me an email with details. He also noticed that the color of tshirt we picked did not match the logo color (because color on screen can be deceiving!). And then helped us to find the t-shirt color best matched to our logo. We also ordered different design/color t-shirts and sweatshirts. Michael and Carly G. helped us with making the order as smooth as possible. When I went in to pick them up, they were different sizes. I said something to the person who had apparently printed them, and he tried to tell me that my design was bad because there were some areas where white space was supposed to be included -- and instead of following directions and cutting them to my specifications, he'd cut them down so that the white space was gone. Not only did he print the items incorrectly, but he also attempted to blame me for his mistake. I will never go back to this business.
