This being said, BCP's specialty is its one-to-one option, but the group class is also an effective alternative. All the teachers here cover a broad range of high school subjects both normal and AP and are highly qualified in their respective areas. I can testify that these classes, especially the one-to-one, have allowed me to maintain a steady GPA throughout high school and pass the ACT with flying colors. On a side note, unlike many other learning centers, some teachers here are bilingual and capable of offering the same services in Korean. This is a huge advantage for parents and students who wouldn't be able to receive the full benefit of a teacher and the classes in other learning centers. So are these classes worth the cost? Every penny. Not many places will teach each student as an individual, and to some like me, that is critical to identifying weaknesses and improving them for success.

I came this tutoring center October 2016 and he was Juniors at that time. His SAT score was below 1150 when he finished summer camp in a different center in Cupertino. Every parents knows this score means terrible and he didn't learn anything from the SAT camp. After then, I switched BCP Academy and he tried to study winter SAT camp in 2016 for 2 weeks then he got 1,400 after that. He received SAT subject Math level 2 100% and 9 essay score out of 10. He prepared 4 APs and got 4 or 5. He is doing ACT summer camp now and he received 36 Math and 32 Science before the summer camp. I wish he could do better and take every chance to improve his ACT score because he is goung to submit college applications soon. My first dream is just catching up his missed school work and go to the regular college but my family is dreaming to send him one of ideal top universities now. BCP acdemy is the only unique individualized tutoring center in the Bay area and the Math teacher can analyze all different level students perfectly and know how to improve and change them. Also, I want to add English teach's great job, because he helped my son to get 10 (97%) essay score. I am so appreciate all teachers efforts!!!

The rest is a NorCal championship after a year of hard work and fierce tournaments, from middle school tournaments to high school invitationals held at colleges including Berkeley and Stanford. The success of a student in the debate program depends on personal motivation, passion, dedication and hard work. Equally - if not more - importantly, it takes a coach with full dedication, energy, hardworking, qualification and ability to inspire and motivate students to be the best they can be. I regard highly of Stephan Brooks with these qualities as I observed during the past school year. Kids have had great fun as well as learning a lot from his teaching and coaching. Besides the debate and speech program, they also offer other enrichment programs for academics and youth leaderships, including building houses in Mexico.
